With special grade structural steel used for the main beam and tips with injection molding process, the corn head have more strength and less weight in harvesting.

 

Lightweight reinforced folding frame

The use of high-quality, high-strength special-shaped steel and high-wear-resistant sheet metal plates can resist vibration and impact, avoid structural distortion and failure due to insufficient strength, so as to improve the durability and stability of the main frame and extend its service life.

 

Horizontal conveying spiral blade

By adjusting the three-dimensional gap of the spiral blades to ensure the feeding of different crops, it can easily cope with changing harvest conditions. Custom Row Spacing from 20 to 30 Inches


The XWD 16-row corn head can be customized for narrow-row and conventional corn planting systems. Available row-spacing configurations range from approximately 20 to 30 inches, or 508 to 762 mm.
