Agricultural modernization is rapidly developing in China, and the intelligent and efficient development of agricultural machinery and equipment has become a key driving force in agricultural development. Recently, the Tangshan Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Center organized a group of dozens of agricultural machinery operators to visit and learn about the entire process of forage harvester corn headers, from component production to finished product assembly. They also learned professional skills such as maintenance and repair of SPFH headers.

1. Precision Assembly, Efficient Collaboration
The orderly and bustling scene in Xinwanda's assembly workshop is a revelation. The assembly line operates efficiently, and workers expertly and attentively align each component. Here, agricultural machinery operators witness the rigorous production process that goes into producing each high-performance corn headers.

2. Intelligent Warehousing, Precise Allocation
In the intelligent warehousing area, agricultural machinery operators were presented with Xinwanda's highly intelligent automated high-bay warehouse. This "smart brain," with over 7,300 storage locations and capacity for over 20,000 parts for the SPFH chopper headers, automatically sorts and delivers parts, precisely orchestrated by computer software. This ensures timely and accurate material supply to the production line, improving production efficiency and management accuracy.

3. Welding Empowered by Technology
Entering the welding workshop, intelligent welding robot workstations take center stage. Xinwanda introduced four intelligent welding robots as early as 2020, making the once complex welding process more efficient and stable. The agricultural machinery operators observed the precise operation of the robots up close and learned that these "steel craftsmen" not only reduced labor costs, but also raised welding quality to a new level, providing quality assurance for the durability of the forage harvester headers.

4. Laser Cutting and CNC Carving
The laser cutting workshop and CNC machining center are the "heart" of Xinwanda's precision manufacturing. The laser cutting equipment cuts raw materials with millimeter and micron precision, while the CNC machining center meticulously processes parts under program control. Here, the agricultural machinery operators witnessed the transformation from raw materials to precision parts and felt the endless possibilities that technology has enabled in agricultural machinery manufacturing.
5. Finished Product Warehouse
Finally, the operators arrived at the finished product warehouse, where rows of brand-new forage harvester headers, combine harvester headers, straw balers, and other agricultural machinery were neatly arranged, showcasing Xinwanda's R&D achievements and manufacturing ability. These products are not only popular domestically but also exported to international markets such as Russia, the United States, Argentina, and Brazil, becoming a hallmark of Chinese agricultural machinery in the global arena. the operators also learned how to maintenance the SPFH headers from the introduction of Xinwanda professionals.

During this visit, Tangshan agricultural machinery operators learned about Xinwanda's advanced technology and innovative concepts. They all expressed that this rare experience broadened their horizons, injected new ideas and methods into the future use and maintenance of agricultural machinery, and filled them with confidence in the future of China's agricultural machinery industry.
