The 2024 China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition(CIAME) is held in Changsha, Hunan Province from October 26 to 28. This is the first time that the CIAME has crossed the Yangtze River and chosen Changsha for the first time since it was held. With the theme of "Developing new quality agricultural productivity and Accelerating the construction of an agricultural power", the China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition has a total exhibition area of 250,000 square meters, with more than 2,600 exhibitors and 200,000 visitors.

During the exhibition, in addition to conferences such as the China Smart Agriculture Conference and the China Pasture Conference, the agricultural mechanization work Conference are organized around the themes of major national strategies, agricultural frontier science and technology, and high-quality development of agricultural mechanization, and activities such as agricultural mechanization business training, academician forum, and young scholars' discussion will be held.
China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition is the largest annual professional exhibition of international agricultural machinery in Asia and the top five in the world. It is an international agricultural machinery trade and brand communication platform, agricultural machinery information gathering and interaction platform, industrial policy and academic exchange platform, and modern agricultural technology and equipment integration demonstration platform.
The China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition is sponsored by China Agricultural Machinery Circulation Association, China Agricultural Mechanization Association, China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, Hunan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and People's Government of Changsha City.

The Xinwanda brings its 14 row and 16 row folded corn head for the combine harvesters, both of them are the first corn head model which successfully produced in China, and the 14 row corn head is the only Model type in the world. Both of the 2 corn head models are designed for Chinese domestic markets with row space 51cm (20inch), with a tested for 1200 hectare of corn field harvesting no problem and breakdown, Xinwanda deceided to launched them to the market. In the exhibition, many combine harvester users are attracted by the 2 corn heads and told Xinwanda that they would like to try the corn heads in the next corn harvest season.
The 14-row and 16-row corn heads feature a folding structure designed to balance high harvesting capacity with convenient transportation. During field operation, the header can be fully extended to harvest multiple corn rows in a single pass. When moving between fields or transporting the combine harvester on public roads, the outer sections can be folded to reduce the overall transport width.
Compared with a conventional fixed-frame wide corn header, a folding corn head offers several practical advantages:
Easier transportation between farms and harvesting areas
Reduced preparation time when changing fields
Improved maneuverability on narrow roads and field entrances
High harvesting efficiency without sacrificing transport convenience
Less need to remove and reinstall the complete header during relocation
This design is especially suitable for large farms, agricultural contractors and professional harvesting fleets that need to cover extensive corn-growing areas within a limited harvest window.
Both models are designed for 51 cm (20-inch) corn row spacing, but they meet different harvesting requirements.
The 14-row folding corn head provides a balance between harvesting capacity, combine power requirements and field maneuverability. It is suitable for large-scale corn harvesting where operators need high productivity while maintaining flexible turning and transportation performance.
The 16-row folding corn head is developed for maximum harvesting capacity. By collecting more rows in each pass, it can reduce the number of trips across the field and help high-horsepower combine harvesters achieve greater daily output. It is particularly suitable for large, flat and regularly planted cornfields.
When selecting between the two models, buyers should consider the combine harvester’s engine power, feeder house capacity, lifting capacity, field size, planting row spacing and expected harvesting speed.
Before being introduced to the market, the 14-row and 16-row folding corn headers were tested across approximately 1,200 hectares of cornfields. The testing focused on structural reliability, continuous harvesting performance and adaptability to local corn planting conditions.
Their wide working coverage and folding design make them practical solutions for modern high-capacity combine harvesters. Xinwanda can also provide matching and technical support according to the combine model, feeder house connection, row spacing and local harvesting conditions.
For distributors, agricultural contractors and combine harvester manufacturers looking for a 14-row folding corn head, 16-row folding corn head or customized folding corn header for combine harvesters, Xinwanda offers model selection and connection-matching support.

Xinwanda also brings its self-propelled forage harvesters(SPFH) corn headers to the exhibition, from the XWD-430 corn header to XWD-475 corn header, Xinwanda offers a complete corn header solutions for the SPFH brands all over the world. Due to the trust in product quality, XinWanDa's major customers and dealers ordered 78 sets corn headers for next year's harvest season at the exhibition.
